Difficulty: Medium
Tequila marinated Chicken wings
I’m always partial when it comes to cooking with alcohol. Either it turns out great or it royally sucks. In this case the tequila was just perfect! Not to mention that these tequila marinated chicken wings are to die for!

Ingredients
2 lb chicken wings
7 garlic cloves grinded
2 limes (or lemons) juiced
1 orange juice
2 to 3 tbsp. tequila
1 tbsp. mild ancho chilli pepper
3 jalapeno or chipotle peppers
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp. sugar
¼ tsp ground allspice
Dab of cinnamon, cumin and oregano

Directions
Wash, prepare and clean the chicken wings. Next, mix all the ingredients in a stainless steel bowl. Mix the mixture with the chicken wings and let sit for a few hours. Next place the chicken wings on a pan and cook in the oven at 350 degrees until done. Takes roughly 30 minutes.
Enjoy
